IMPACT BIBLE SCHOOL is a ministry of Harvest Life Church for the higher education of the body of Christ. The focus of our Bible school is local church enhancement through the development of the saints in the word and doctrine, and we find our purpose in creating the necessary leadership abilities to take your life to the next level and establish a firm foundation in the things of God’s word.

The mission statement of Impact Bible School is to train up people to better fulfill their place in the local church, to equip them to fulfill their destiny, and also to answer the call of God to impact the nations for Christ.

Course List & Outlines

Prevailing in Prayer Christian Foundations
Ephesians 6:1-8 tells us that prayer is part of the armor of God. Here you will learn the various kinds of prayers in order to be an effective prayer warrior. This course is a survey of the major doctrines of the Bible, which comprise the basis of a believer’s faith.
Overview of the Gifts World Missions
This course will help you find your specific place in the body and to realize God’s giftings in you. We will study where God gave gifts, as well as how to walk in them. We plan to give you a better understanding of the gifts of God.
I Corinthians 12, Romans 12, Ephesians 4		 These classes will teach you what God’s Word says about our responsibility to “go.” It will show you what you can do for the world and will put in a passion for the nations.
Money Matters Spirit Life
In-depth study of God’s economic plan – how it applied to Christ’s earthly ministry and to us today. God wants every believer to walk in strength. This course will teach you how to build a strong spirit, a submissive soul, and a controlled body.
Faith Relationships
“The Just shall live by faith!” What is FAITH, who has it, and how does it work? This course is designed to give the student a thorough understanding of the workings of FAITH. These courses will be a study of divine relationships according to the Word of God. Students will learn that those closest to you determine your success or failure.
Training for Reigning Healing and Divine Health
Where does greatness begin? David lived in four places: Bethlehem, Adullum, Hebron, and Zion. Each of them represented a specific lesson we believers must learn in order to rule and reign in Christ. Even Jesus had a journey between Bethlehem and the right hand of the Father. He was not born on a throne, but in a manger – a lowly, common place. There was a process that carried Jesus into all authority, and we are subject to that same process. God is more interested in our character than our comfort; and if we submit ourselves to this process, the Church will truly show forth God’s glory! This class is necessary because the human race is sick. God has never been sick. How then did man get sick? Sickness came to earth because of transgression and rebellion. If Adam and Eve had not voluntarily broken God’s covenant with them, there would be no sickness, plagues, disease, or death. A human being is made up of spirit, soul and body. All three parts of the human are intrinsically formed of God and integrated. Any one of these three parts can break down and become sick. Healing, whether emotional or physical, is a subject of constant controversy. Our final authority must be the BIBLE.
Demons, Deliverance, & Spiritual Warfare Ministry Gifts
These studies have to do with unnatural power and satanic dominion over intelligent beings, God’s provision for their deliverance, and our God-given authority over the onslaughts of the enemy. In this class we will teach you how to walk in your calling and stir up the gifts of God in your life. We will discuss how to understand your gifts and calling. We will learn how to divinely surrender our selfish ambitions and how association, environment, influence, and pursuit affects your calling.

Teacher Profiles

PASTOR DAVID WHALEY PASTOR CHERA WHALEY
graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute, Dallas Texas, and has been serving faithfully in the ministry since 1985, was licensed to preach in 1986, and was ordained in 1992. God has given Pastor David a voice to speak to this new breed generation to “step up” in the character of God and to walk in the fulfillment of their destinies. His heart is towards the people that God has entrusted him with at Harvest Life Church. God has so much for His people, and Pastor David is committed to bringing them to a place of enjoying the fullness of all God has. Pastor David has a passionate hatred for ignorance of God’s Word, because it is by a lack of knowledge that people suffer. It is his desire to help people progress in life! is ordained through Relevant Ministries, El Paso TX. Pastor Chera’s passion lies in world missions, declaring freedom to those who are hungry for the Word of God. She has traveled to 14 nations preaching the gospel and declaring the good news of Jesus Christ, and has seen first hand what true hunger for God is. Pastor Chera’s desire for people is that they would realize God’s purpose and destiny for their lives, that they would “be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man,” and that they would rise up in that strength to change nations for God. PASTOR JASON CHAULK PASTOR FELIENA CHAULK
is licensed through Relevant Ministries, El Paso, TX. As an Associate Pastor to Pastors David and Chera, he feels that his main focus is to be a support that will allow the Pastors to obtain the vision and Word of the Lord. Pastor Jason spends most of his time in the Harvest Life offices administrating the ministry, and will be your Assistant Dean at IBS. His passion is excellence, and his heart is to see people come to the realization that they no longer need to remain simple in the things of God. That by making a choice you can go deeper and therefore come higher! is licensed through Relevant Ministries, El Paso TX. She is an Associate Pastor at Harvest Life Church, although she is best known as the Praise & Worship leader of Harvest Life Church, where she passionately leads the people into the presence of God with the purpose of plowing open the atmosphere so that the Word can come forth. Pastor Feliena has a heart to train people in the authority God has given them, to cause territories to be changed, and the heavens opened for the power of God to move freely.
